The Land
A place to put down roots.
Our working model is to acquire an appropriate residential parcel, generally around one-half acre, for each home. Site selection will consider buildability, legal access, utilities or practical alternatives, permitting, long-term affordability and room for responsible expansion.
The land is not simply where the house sits. It is part of the veteran’s long-term stability and, ultimately, part of what we intend the veteran to own. As the first land search begins, this page will publish the criteria, progress and—once acquired—the actual parcel information we can responsibly share.
