Veterans Forward is not intended to become the veteran’s long-term landlord or mortgage holder. Our objective is to gift the completed home and land to the veteran outright once the applicable legal and program requirements are satisfied.
The detailed transfer, eligibility, tax, insurance and protection policies are being developed and will be published before the first participant is selected. Where a policy is not final, we will say so rather than pretend it is.
